| wrong, and that's why I asked if you had any documentation from SGP claiming they would take care of this for you. This also underscores another important point - as convenient as it is to call and talk directly to people in situations like this, without something in writing you will get no where. Even if you have a phone conversation, I can't stress enough sending a letter or an email that summarizes the phone conversation and asking for the other person to acknowledge the facts or correct them if they were captured incorrectly in the initial correspondence. Being reasonable is always a noble thing to do but there are cases where it's not going to get the situation resolved. Sadly, it sounds like this approach isn't getting you any response from SGP and that's why I suggested seeking legal advice. It's not the first card I would ever want to play in a situation like that, but it may be help getting such advice so you can A) know what options you have to rectify the situations and b) ask very specific questions of the person you are dealing with and get it documented so you have something to fall back upon. Again, I'm really sorry to see a forum member sidelined due to an engine problem and worse yet, not getting any type of response from the business owner. I agree, this is no way to run a respectable and reputable business. I say this generically as I cannot speak for SGP and what reasons they would have for not getting back to you. But from the info you've provided so far, it's hard to refute that your unreturned calls are not showing very well for SGP. Good luck. Dave
